Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jili77ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jili77ph website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and any promotional programs offered through the Platform.

jili77ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jili77ph services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number or email address.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on jili77ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. jili77ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili77ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. jili77ph will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jili77ph account within seconds.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.
• jili77ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your jili77ph account.
• jili77ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• jili77ph reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

jili77ph offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• jili77ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus programs – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jili77ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili77ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, jili77ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Responsible Gaming

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.

• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jili77ph informally by contacting our support team. jili77ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Amendments to These Terms

jili77ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
